ACCEPTING BIDS

                                   

 

The Keweenaw Bay Indian Community is seeking bids for the position of an Independent Appeals Officer to hear employee grievances.  The Appeals Officer must be either an attorney licensed to practice in the State of Michigan or in a Tribal court of any federally-recognized Tribe, a judge of a Tribal court of any federally-recognized Tribe, or an attorney licensed to practice in a state other than Michigan with experience as an arbitrator of employment disputes.

 

The Appeals Officer shall not be an employee of the Keweenaw Bay Indian Community.
