The Keweenaw Bay Indian Community, a federally Recognized Indian Tribe, is seeking assistance with the implementation of our US EPA Climate Pollution Reduction Grant (CPRG).
Services include but are not limited to:
- Development of a Priority Climate Action Plan (PCAP)
- Development of a Comprehensive Climate Action Plan (CCAP)
The proposal must be submitted to the Natural Resources Department:

Bids are due by 4:00 p.m. EDT, Friday, October 6, 2023. Bids submitted after this time will not be accepted. Incomplete Bid Packages will be considered non-responsive

Indian preference will be used in accordance with the Request for Proposal in selecting the contractor.
